What a wedding hat bar costs

Every wedding is different, so we quote each hat bar rather than post a single flat price. That said, couples always want a real starting point, so here is how the numbers actually work — no vague ranges, no surprises later.

What moves the number

Four things shape a wedding hat bar quote. Guest count sets how many caps we source and whether we run one press head or two. Hours open is usually two to four — a welcome party might run the whole cocktail hour, a reception often opens the bar after dinner. Cap styles and finishes matter because a leather patch prices differently than a printed transfer, and premium fitted caps cost more than truckers. Travel is flat: local Southern California is included, and anything outside Orange County, LA, or San Diego adds the travel fee.
