How does a wedding hat bar work?

The day-of logistics are refreshingly simple because our crew handles them. Here is the flow from load-in to the last cap.

Before doors

We arrive early, set the table, dress it to your palette, and warm up the presses. Your artwork — the monogram, date, or crest — is prepared in advance, so there is nothing to design on the day.

When the bar opens

Guests browse the caps, choose a style and a design, and the host confirms placement. The operator heat-sets the patch or transfer in a couple of minutes, cools it, and hands it back ready to wear. A steady, friendly line forms — and it never becomes chaotic because the host manages the flow.

At the end of the night

When the window closes we pack out cleanly and leave your space exactly as we found it. All you did was greet guests and watch them light up.

How does a wedding hat bar work on the day?

Our crew arrives early, dresses the station to match your wedding, and sets up the heat presses. When the bar opens, guests choose a cap and a design, we confirm placement, and the operator presses it on in two to four minutes. The finished cap is handed back cooled and ready to wear.

How much space and power do you need?

We need a roughly six-by-eight-foot footprint for the table and presses, plus one standard power outlet. That makes the station easy to place near the bar or dance floor at almost any venue, indoors or under cover outdoors.

How long does each hat take?

Once a guest picks their cap and design, most hats are ready in two to four minutes. For larger weddings we run two press heads so the line keeps moving even during the busy window right after dinner.
